The next month I only lost five pounds and was a little disappointed because I Had been working so hard at it, but I kept with it. Eight months after my child was born, I was down to 120 pounds and seemed healthier than I did before.
My muscles were reinforced and more fit than I Have ever been in my life.

Now, when I step out of the shower I can look at myself and feel proud of everything I've accomplished. Body image is something every adolescent and adult battle with at times. The media has spun teens to think that being broader than a pencil is not trendy, so adolescents strive to attain this unrealistic goal in an unhealthy manner.
If you're a teenager sad with the way you appear, lose weight the healthy manner. Eat right, work out and you'll seem perfect, should youn't al read y appear perfect already. Don't let the media, your "buddies" or even your family drag you down with their unrealistic visions of perfection.
We're all lovely just the way we're but we all need to be healthy too!
