System Restore is the first line of defense and can help you return to a point before the issue started like a time machine. If it doesn't help then you can try to undo it. You can go through the tutorial first and then restore back to where you were before it began. If System Restore is not enabled on C drive, then do that now to make it possible to enable it in the near future.

If the problem repeats or System Restore doesn't work then check which Windows Updates were installed at Settings > Update & Security > Windows Updates > Update History, uninstall them there or System Restore again, then immediately check for and block the Updates with the Hide Updates tool explained here: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8280-hide-s...

Even if you've already tried the steps I suggest I suggest you repeat them in the order I suggest.

1) Run the Store app troubleshooter at Settings>> Update and Security> Troubleshoot. Minecraft servers

2) Check for and install game updates in the Microsoft Store app > Hub (three dots on the top right) > Updates.

3) Reset Minecraft in Windows Settings > Applications > Applications and Features > Minecraft > Advanced Option > Repair or Reset. Restart PC and try again.

If none of these options work If none of these work, remove Minecraft from Settings, reboot your computer, then reinstall MS Store Hub (three dots in the upper right corner of the Store app). Minecraft servers

4) The Display driver is so critical that updating it is often not enough. Let's do our best to get it functioning properly.

Update the driver for the Display on your PC or the Display adapter maker's Support Downloads website to find your exact model number, HP Serial Number or Dell Service Tag - found on the sticker on your PC.

You can also check for BIOS/UEFI firmware, newer chipsets, network, sound, and other drivers by right-clicking in the Start Menu.

If this doesn't give you the latest or ideal driver for what you need, compare it to the driver offered by the Intel driver update Utility here: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/... or the Nvidia Update utility here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=e... or the AMD autodect utility here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/P...

Display issues can be resolved by rolling back or uninstalling the driver on the Display Device > Driver tab. Restart your computer to reinstall the driver.

You can also try out older drivers by going to Device Manager > Display device > Driver tab Update Driver> Browse > Let me Select.

This will let you know that you've explored all options in addition to Windows Update drivers.

Adjust the resolution of the screen until it looks and fits best in Settings > System > Display.

5) If nothing else helps then contact Minecraft Support here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

I hope that you find this information useful. Feel free to ask back any questions you have and keep me updated. If you don't rate my post, I will continue to work with you until the issue is solved.
