Best private server for a new player?

I am looking for the best possible server for me to get started on wow, I never played the game and I am really interested in doing so, note that I would like to fully experience all the expansions that came out over the years, but I am having a little trouble because I have no idea what to look for.

I have played on a lot of private servers and this one has the best community. It is a Vanilla server with a lot of content added by the devs. Blogging Is Good For Your The skills are the same, but there are new races, dungeons, items... location and much more. you can see the info on that page.

With all due respect, can someone explain to me the draw of Chromie Craft? I see people shilling for it more than any other server, but at first glance it seems like a super easy server(wotlk talents in vanilla) with an undetermined timeline(content isn't programmed yet), and content is heavily gated(been 8 months and still no raids).

What are you guys even doing on there?
